First Presbyterian Church of Lenoir was founded in 2017 as a PC USA congregation in the Reformed Tradition. They believe in the sovereignty of God over all peoples and nations, and that Jesus Christ is Lord. They seek to follow him through his teachings and actions in daily life with concern and involvement in social justice issues both locally and globally. They welcome all individuals and families to full membership regardless of background, and celebrate diversity as an inclusive and affirming congregation.
