Lewis Fork Baptist Church was organized in 1792 in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Wilkes County, North Carolina. The church has a long history of ministry in the community and currently holds Sunday services including Sunday School, morning worship, and evening worship on the second Sunday of each month.
