A diverse Catholic community that warmly welcomes visitors and serves all God's children. Guided by the teachings of Jesus Christ and enriched by the spirituality of St. Francis de Sales, the parish reaches out to serve the broader Outer Banks community through various ministries and commitment to peace, justice, and ecumenical fellowship. Holy Redeemer by the Sea has been serving the Outer Banks since 1929, growing from a single devout Catholic woman hosting Mass in her home into a vibrant faith community.
